1.Daily Maintenance:Responsibilities of Operators

1.Pre startup inspection:
Appearance inspection:Check whether the connecting bolts and nuts of the oil press press are loose,and whether the safety protection device is intact and reliable.
Hydraulic oil level:Check the oil gauge of the hydraulic oil tank to ensure that the oil level is between the specified upper and lower limits.Low oil level can cause the pump to empty and damage the hydraulic pump;If the oil level is too high,it may cause abnormal pressure in the fuel tank.
Lubrication point inspection:visually inspect whether there is sufficient lubricating oil at lubrication points such as guide rails and sliders.
Trial operation:Under no-load conditions,start the oil press press and run it several times without load to check for any abnormal sounds,vibrations,and whether the slider runs smoothly.
2.Monitoring during operation:
Parameter monitoring:Pay attention to observing whether the working pressure and oil temperature of the hydraulic system are within the normal range.Abnormal pressure fluctuations or high oil temperature(usually recommended not to exceed 60°C)are precursors to system failure.
Sensory monitoring:Sensing device status through listening,seeing,and smelling.Pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise from the hydraulic pump and motor;Check for oil leakage in pipelines,valve blocks,and oil cylinders;Smell for any burnt smell caused by overheated wires or oil.
3.Maintenance after shutdown:
Cleaning and maintenance:Clean the worktable and surrounding iron filings and dirt of the oil press press,keep the equipment clean,and prevent debris from entering the hydraulic system.

Reset and protection:Lower the slider to the bottom dead center or safety support position,cut off the power,and provide necessary cover protection for the equipment.


2.Regular maintenance:preventive maintenance plan

Regular maintenance should be carried out by professional maintenance personnel based on the frequency of equipment use and manufacturer recommendations,with clear maintenance cycles(such as monthly,quarterly,or annual)established.
1.Maintenance of hydraulic system(core):
Hydraulic oil quality:Hydraulic oil is sampled and tested every six months to one year to analyze its viscosity,cleanliness,and moisture content.Oil contamination is the main cause of hydraulic system failures and must be replaced regularly.When changing the oil,be sure to thoroughly clean the fuel tank and filter element.
Oil filter cleaning/replacement:Regularly clean or replace the oil filters on the suction,pressure,and return lines.A clogged oil filter can cause the oil pump to empty or the system pressure to become unstable.
Fuel tank cleaning:Clean the bottom of the fuel tank at least once a year to remove any accumulated dirt and moisture.
2.Maintenance of lubrication system:
Strictly follow the requirements of the lubrication chart for hydraulic punching machines,and regularly,fixedly,qualitatively,and quantitatively add specified grades of lubricating oil/grease.Especially for key friction pairs such as guide rails and slider bearings,good lubrication can reduce wear and maintain accuracy.
3.Mechanical and electrical system inspection:
Mechanical accuracy inspection:Regularly check the parallelism,perpendicularity,and other static and dynamic accuracy of the slider and worktable of the oil press press to ensure machining quality.
Tightening and adjustment:Check and tighten all mechanical connectors,such as connecting rod locking nuts,mold clamping blocks,etc.Adjust the clearance between the guide rails to ensure that the slider moves without shaking.

Electrical component inspection:Check the fastening of electrical wiring terminals,clean the carbon deposits on contactors and relay contacts,and ensure that safety devices(such as emergency stop buttons and gratings)are sensitive and reliable.


3.Professional maintenance and fault warning

In addition to routine maintenance,deeper maintenance mechanisms should also be established.
Sealing condition monitoring:The seals in the hydraulic cylinder and valve block of the oil press press are vulnerable parts.Regular inspections should be conducted on each actuator for slow sinking and poor pressure retention,which are usually signs of internal leakage caused by seal wear and require timely replacement.
